After months of trial and error Easyaspc Computer services has developed an online quoting system for Office complexes with up to twenty staff members.
The quoting system is for offices only requiring daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleans.
The type of clean this quote is suitable for is an environment similar to an Accountants or management and real estate agent type of environment. It is not suitable for factory office or large showroom environment. It includes cleaning of glass doors only and not windows or glass partitions.
The algorithm we are using works in about ninety five percent of the time. The big advantage of using our quoting system is that you can also tell us what you want to pay for to be done and what you don’t want to pay for. For example many offices require staff do their own dishes and have signs up saying, “Your Mother does not work Here, Clean up your mess!” Others work places do and have the cleaners do the dishes and this adds to the time taken to do the clean so the cost of the clean will be more.
